Meditation on Twin Hearts is founded on the belief that we first must activate our heart center (center for personal love) in order to open up our crown center (center for universal love). Through this meditation we are able to feel stillness, inner peace, love, light, and healing.

Meditate Now

  • Before Meditation, please do simple and short exercises to prepare the body for the assimilation of greater energy. Do some eye rotations to ease the strains from our eyes. Neck and spine stretches, as well as gentle squats. This step is important to avoid over-energizing.

  • Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight, and preferably not against the back of the chair.

  • Curl your tongue to touch the roof of your mouth. This is to connect the front and back channels of your energy body allowing for a better flow of energy throughout your system.

  • Do slow and deep abdominal breathing to to be in a more relaxed receptive state.

  • PRESS PLAY: Gently be aware, and follow along as Master Stephen Co guides us through the meditation.

Release the excess energy generated by the meditation through gentle massages and tapping of your head, neck, and lower back areas. After, do the same initial exercises to further ground you and release excess energies.
